Terry Allen Cappelli, Sr. passed away on Thursday, March 23, at a hospital in Baltimore at the age of 65. The beloved grandfather was a 1977 graduate of Dundalk Senior High School where he ran track and cross country, according to a GoFundMe created in his honor.

The family of the devoted family man created the GoFundMe to help raise funds to support funeral costs and other unexpected expenses related to Cappelli's passing.

Cappelli spent a large portion of his life in Dundalk, eventually going on to have a career with the Maryland Port Authority. In his personal life, he enjoyed pool parties, bonfires, and sports, according to his friend Patti Goodman.

Goodmon stated that Cappelli enjoyed spending his free time supporting the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens with his family. In lieu of flowers, family members are asking those to consider donating to GoFundMe to help recover costs associated with the tragic loss.
